    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 281

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 8, strike the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof:

", including:

                  (a) emergency contacts for the cooperative during a wildfire emergency;

                  (b) communication procedures to contact federal and state agencies responsible for fire suppression, fire departments, first responders and local governments; and

                  (c) emergency contact email addresses, phone numbers and applicable radio frequencies;".

 

    2. On page 5, line 16, strike "five" and insert in lieu thereof "three".

    3. On page 5, line 19, strike "five-year" and insert in lieu thereof "three-year".

    4. On page 5, line 22, after "recommendations", insert "during a period starting on November 1 of each year and ending on February 28 of the following year and".

    5. On page 6, line 3, strike "forty-five" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty".

    6. On page 6, line 7, strike "forty-five" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
